We aim to print and ship all orders placed before 1pm AEST within the next business day. All orders placed after the cut off time will be sent the following business day. All orders are sent from Poster Baby HQ in Melbourne, Australia.

Free shipping worldwide for orders $85AUD or over. All other orders qualify for flat rate shipping:

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to third party delivery services, customs or unforeseen stoppages.
- Orders within Australia are expected to take 1-5 business days.
- Orders to New Zealand are expected to take 7 business days.
- Orders to USA are expected to take 5-10 business days.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post. For international orders, parcels are then managed by NZ Post or USPS respectively.
- It is the customers responsibility to select the 'free shipping' checkbox at the checkout if the minimum spend is reached.
- Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel or refund orders before shipping.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order details are correct upon checkout.
- All orders are sent via Australia Post Standard shipping with Tracking, unless the Express option is chosen.
- If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet due to a card being left at the delivery address, the customer will be required to pay for shipping charges attached to resending the order. We cannot refund original shipping charges.
